Kapunan's Literary Legacy
By September 2006, when his 5th book became "live," as they say in "print on demand" circles, Kapunan
had contributed to four academic disciplines: history, philosophy, art and economics.
His books, Surviving WWII As A Child Swamp Hermit and The Child Daredevil Hero were historical accounts
of his life as a child during the Second World War in the Philippines.
My
Taoist Vision of Art and Every One Is An Artist: Making Yourself the Artwork are philosophic and artistic attempts
to explain his contributions to these two disciplines. His second book, Every
One Is An Artist is unique and important because nothing had ever been written on the subject before! He tried to prove his assertions by using both philosophic and scientific arguments to prove his points.
Finally,
his 5th book, The Fortune Cookies of Real Estate is a memoirs of his wife's and his own experience in real estate investing
in Philadelphia, Florida and in North Carolina during the last 27 years. This
book teaches especially younger investors that you don't need a large capital to start investing in real estate. As the subtitle
states, Turning 70,000 to Millions, you can be a millionaire starting with little money! By using Kapunans methods, everyone can be a millionaire by a age of 55 or younger!
